FormulaR  Compound brake discs with an aluminum hub and a cast friction ring ensure the highest driving comfort due to weight savings and thus less unsprung mass. Therefore, the fine line between speed and safe road handling becomes more controlable.

The high-carbon friction ring provides a good thermal conductivity. Due to the connection by screws of friction ring and hub, a free radial extension is possible. Fading and hot spots are avoided, the brake can be used at any time with 100% performance – also thanks to the grooves in the braking surface, which sharpen the pads over and over again.

Due to the grooved braking surface with the Zimmermann Z, the disc has an unique visual appearance. The CoatZ covering protects the disc from corrosion in the long term.
